SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE UPDATES. BT may elect to provide you with customer support and/or software upgrades, enhancements, or modifications for the Software (collectively, "Support"), in its sole discretion, and may terminate such Support at any time without notice to you. BT may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time, including the availability of any Software feature, database, or content. BT may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Software or the BT Applications web site without notice or liability. Additionally, for certain versions of the Software, in order to enhance the security of the Software or to fix bugs, from time to time, BT may automatically download and install updates to the Software with or without prior notification. From time to time BT may automatically download the latest version of the Software and notify you when it's ready to install. Downloads of the Software may be limited by your ISP. If you wish to update your Software, you must agree to the terms of the then current Agreement, in order for the update to be installed on your device. BT is solely responsible for the maintenance and support of this application.

SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE UPDATES. The Seller / Lessor of the software shall principally be responsible for the provision of support. Updates and upgrades for this software are not covered by this ▇▇▇▇. In order to receive eligibility for the acquisition of updates and upgrades of the software, the Custo- mer shall be required to enter into a separate software update contract with the Manu- facturer of the software (PEAK-14). Updates that are provided in conjunction with the warranty for deficiencies for the purpose of eliminating errors shall be exempt from this provision. Such updates shall be provided by the Seller / Lessor in conjunction with the deficiencies warranty obligation.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Software Upgrades All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.

  • Equipment and Software Any costs incurred by Kodak resulting from Customer (1) changes to the configuration of the Equipment or Software, or (2) postponement of Delivery or installation of the Equipment or Software;
