If your use of BSC is not covered by a valid, properly purchased Expanded License, Bitvise may, but is not obligated to, provide online support to you via email, web-based forum, or a similar technology characterized by the ability to convey written information electronically. Bitvise may, but is not obligated to, take user feedback into account to implement fixes and new features in new BSC versions or provide access to such new versions on similar terms as previous versions.
