Support Service Staff. Each member of the bargaining unit employed by the Board in a support service classification shall be given credit for up to five (5) years of public service outside the district, or for up to five (5) years of military service in the Armed Forces of the United States or any combination of both not to exceed five (5) years of service for proper placement on the salary schedule. If prior public service is to be granted, a copy of the public retirement statement showing years of credit granted by the retirement system shall be furnished to the Board Treasurer. Proof of prior service credit must be submitted to the Treasurer’s office no later than 90 days after the first date of work.
