Post-Evaluation Conference Clause Samples

The Post-Evaluation Conference clause establishes a formal meeting between the parties after the evaluation phase of a project or proposal. Typically, this conference is used to review the results of the evaluation, discuss any issues or findings, and clarify next steps or required actions. By providing a structured opportunity for feedback and discussion, this clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the evaluation outcomes and can address any concerns before proceeding, thereby promoting transparency and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
