Right to Have A Union Representative Present. An employee shall have the right to have a Union Representative present at any time when the Employer is meeting with the employee for the purpose of discipline or dismissal or investigation which may lead to discipline or dismissal, and the Employer shall inform the employee of this right and give the employee twenty-four (24) hours to arrange for the Union Representative to be present. 3) A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is subject to any interview with supervisory personnel which might be the basis of disciplinary action, will have the right to consult with a staff representative of the Union and to have a local union representative provided that this does not result in an undue delay of the interview.
4) An employee has the right to select the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ they wish to represent them providing that this does not result in an undue delay.
