Supporting Activities. The two Universities subscribing this agreement will exchange all relevant information - by supplying catalogues and other materials - to promote greater and mutual knowledge on their institutional structure and organization. In conformity with laws and regulations of their respective countries, subscribers of this agreement will provide to visitors from the partner institution all possible assistance and access to facilities to enable them to carry out the activities agreed upon.

Supporting Activities. The Parties and the EEAS shall exchange the advance planning of evaluations on matters of common concern relating to Regions. The Parties and the EEAS shall consult eachother during the preparation of these evaluations.

Supporting Activities. 4.4.1. The Parties shall establish a list of contact points in the respective institutions, to be updated on a semi-annual basis (or more frequently, if required). 4.4.2. The Parties shall, through the Steering Committee set up according to Article 5 below, exchange the advance planning of evaluations on matters of common concern relating to Regions. Each Party shall consult the other during the preparation of these evaluations. 4.4.3. The Parties shall endeavour to perform the following activities, notably taking into consideration the potential impact on their respective resources: - Setting up a joint extranet and/or put reciprocal links on the respective websites; - Exchanging staff; - Organising joint seminars, conferences and training events. 4.4.4. The Parties shall consider participation in and reciprocal invitations to events, seminars and training10. In particular, the Commission will invite the EIB to participate in the annual meeting of the Heads of Delegations. In return, the EIB will invite the Commission to participate in relevant coordination meetings between IFIs, when hosted by the EIB.
