Training Events Clause Samples

The "Training Events" clause outlines the obligations and procedures related to the provision of training sessions or educational activities under an agreement. It typically specifies who is responsible for organizing and delivering the training, the scope and format of the events, and any requirements for attendance or materials. For example, it may require the service provider to conduct on-site or virtual training for the client's staff within a certain timeframe. This clause ensures that all parties understand their roles in facilitating effective knowledge transfer, thereby supporting successful implementation and use of the contracted services or products.
