Provide Training Sample Clauses
The 'Provide Training' clause requires one party, typically the service provider or employer, to deliver training to the other party or its personnel. This training may cover the use of specific products, compliance with safety protocols, or familiarization with new systems and procedures, and is often scheduled at the outset of a project or upon delivery of new equipment. By mandating training, the clause ensures that all relevant individuals are properly equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills, thereby reducing the risk of errors, enhancing safety, and promoting efficient use of resources.
