The Training Classes clause outlines the requirements and procedures for providing instructional sessions or courses related to the subject matter of the agreement. Training Classes. It is the understanding of the parties that the salaries of the Connecticut Career Trainee and Accountant Career Trainee Classes, and all incumbents therein, shall be increased to a first year salary of either salary grade 15(1) or salary grade 15(2) consistent with historical practice and degree credentials no later than the date of objective job evaluation (OJE) study implementation. Upon completion of one (1) year of service in a two (2) year training class, said employee shall be advanced to salary grade 15(5).
Training Classes. Necessary expenses related to classes will be paid for by the school district (book fees, tuition, etc.). All classes must be approved by the superintendent prior to attending.
Training Classes. The College shall continue to regularly offer training classes that are designed to prepare bargaining unit employees for advancement and overtime opportunities. Such classes shall include, but not be limited to, skills and equipment-related training. The College will endeavor to release employees who opt to participate in voluntary training sessions consistent with the operational needs of the College. The College cannot guarantee that all training opportunities will be available to all interested employees. The College will give preference on a space available basis to employees who were not able to participate in desired trainings for work-related reasons when the training is next offered. The College will offer at least one training session for College Club work. Such training sessions for College Club work shall be offered during the Summer layoff. Employees participating in this training session shall be paid at their regular rate of pay. It is understood that employees are not required by the College to attend these training sessions and therefore attendance at any such session will not be considered working time for the purposes of overtime, to the degree consistent with Federal and State law. It is also understood that enrollment in training sessions will not be unlimited and the College, therefore, may not be able to guarantee training for all interested employees. TIPS (or other alcohol awareness) training shall be offered once each year to College Club banquet captains and wait staff and shall be open to other bargaining unit employees in the dining services department who indicate an interest in providing back up in the College Club on an overtime basis. TIPS training tor those employees who regularly work in positions outside of the College Club shall be voluntary and taken on the employees’ own time. Completion of such training shall not create any rights to employment at the College Club other than those rights already set forth in this Agreement.
Training Classes. The Customer will be entitled to have two (2) ---------------- individuals of its selection attend a two day training class held in Cincinnati, Ohio at the offices of Millennium Dynamics, Inc. at times and dates agreed upon by the parties. There will be no additional cost to the Customer for attendance of its designees at this class. Travel and other expenses for the attendance of these individuals are the responsibility of the Customer.

Training Classes. 7.1 The training classes are described in EXHIBIT B. Their purpose is to transfer and explain the Licensee's engineers and specialized workers the Licensed Technology as defined at item 1.4 hereof, in order to make them capable of manufacturing and of selling the Licensed Product.
7.2 During the training, the basic kit purchased by the Licensee, according to item 6.1. Hereof, will be assembled and tested by Licensee's engineers under the supervision of Licensor's personnel.
7.3 The training classes related to the model LW1530 will start 2 (two) months after the execution of this Agreement.
Training Classes. If the training classes are conducted in Austin, Texas, training facilities and associated costs will be at Pavilion's expense, and travel, hotel, and other associated costs for Pegasus' personnel will be at Pegasus' expense. If the training classes are conducted outside of Austin, Texas, training facilities and associated costs, as well as travel, hotel, and other associated costs for Pegasus' personnel and Pavilion's personnel will be at Pegasus' expense. After the expiration of the Royalty Period, all training expenses requested by Pegasus shall be the responsibility of Pegasus at Pavilion's then current standard rates.
Training Classes. If an employee will work more or less than 80 hours inclusive of non-productive time (vacation, sick leave, jury duty, etc.) in a pay period as a result of attending a Training Class the Company may adjust the employees schedule at the beginning or end of the schedule. These schedule changes will be without the payment of overtime and will be on the non-work day in the workweek. The minimum for any adjustment will be four hours. The regular work days will be Monday through Friday and the regular work hours during a training week are provided from Titles 15.9, 201.12 and 302.5 of the Agreement.
