Survey of Residents. Conduct telephone interviews with residents of Milpitas. Consultant will prepare a set of questions to be asked and submit those questions to the City for approval. Consultant will attempt to complete a minimum of 300 telephone surveys by contacting up to 450 residents. Residents surveyed will be randomly selected from available lists. The survey will address residents concerns over a potential plastic bag ban; actions that residents would consider to reduce polystyrene use; and positive ways to achieve the City’s resource management goals. • Develop a phone survey and call residents.
