Survey research Sample Clauses

The Survey Research clause defines the terms and conditions under which survey-based data collection and analysis are conducted within an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of the research, the responsibilities of the parties involved, and requirements for data privacy and participant consent. For example, it may specify who designs the survey, how responses are handled, and how results are reported. This clause ensures that survey activities are carried out ethically and transparently, protecting both the integrity of the research and the rights of participants.
