SUSPENSIONS AND DISCHARGES. Upon written request of the employee and the Union, made within five (5) work days from the date upon which a regular employee has been suspended or discharged, the Cooperative shall meet with the employee and the Union representative to discuss the suspension or discharge. This meeting shall be considered Step three (3) of the Grievance Procedure set forth in Article VI of this Agreement.
