The System Delivery Point clause defines the specific location or interface where a system, product, or service is considered delivered from the supplier to the customer. In practice, this clause identifies the physical site, network node, or other agreed-upon point at which ownership, risk, or responsibility for the system transfers to the buyer. For example, it may specify a data center, a customer facility, or a digital handover point. Its core function is to provide clarity and prevent disputes by establishing exactly when and where delivery obligations are fulfilled.
System Delivery Point. Each point at which Gatherer redelivers Production from the Gathering System to or for the account of shippers, including the Delivery Points. System High Pressure Line. As defined in Section 3.5.
