System Of Care. The AMH+ practice or CMA must utilize strategies consistent with a System of Care philosophy for children and youth, including knowledge of child welfare, school, and juvenile justice systems. For children and youth receiving behavioral health services, care management must include: i. Promotion of family-driven, youth-guided service delivery and development of strategies built on social networks and natural or informal supports; ii. Development of, with families and youth, strategies that maximize the skills and competencies of family members to support youth and caregivers’ self- determination and enhance self-sufficiency; iii. Verifiable efforts for services and supports to be delivered in the community within which the youth and family live, using the least restrictive settings possible in order to preserve community and family connections and manage costs; and iv. Development and implementation of proactive and reactive crisis plans in conjunction with the care plan or ISP that anticipate crises and utilize family, team and community strengths to identify and describe who does what and when; every member of the CFT must be provided a copy of the plan.

  • System Operations Each party, at its own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to transmit Data Communications to, and receive Data Communications from the parties’ respective Receipt Computers.

  • Standards of Care Seller shall comply with all applicable requirements of Law, the Transmission Provider, Utility Distribution Company, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, FERC, NERC and WECC in its scheduling, interconnection, operation and maintenance of the Project and as contemplated by this Agreement. Seller shall (a) acquire and maintain all Governmental Approvals necessary for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Project consistent with Safety Requirements; (b) Notify Buyer of any material modifications or lapse in renewal of Governmental Approvals; and (c) at Buyer’s request, provide to Buyer digital copies of any Governmental Approvals. For the avoidance of doubt, Seller shall be responsible for procuring and maintaining, at its expense, all emissions credits required for operation of the Project throughout the Delivery Term in compliance with Law and to permit operation of the Project in accordance with this Agreement. Promptly following ▇▇▇▇▇’s written request, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to take all commercially reasonable actions and execute or provide any documents, information, or instruments with respect to Product reasonably necessary to enable Buyer to comply with the requirements of any Governmental Authority. Nothing hereunder shall cause Buyer to assume any liability or obligation with respect to Seller’s compliance obligations with respect to the Project under any new or existing Laws, rules, or regulations.

  • General Standard of Care The Custodian shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in carrying out all of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, and shall be liable to the Funds for all loss, damage and expense incurred or suffered by the Funds, resulting from the failure of the Custodian to exercise such reasonable care and diligence or from any other breach by the Custodian of the terms of this Agreement.

  • System Use (a) An electronic site access system may be used on site, subject to the requirements of this statement. (b) The system operates via: (i) a facial recognition device; and (ii) an electronic gate. (c) The system will be installed at the access and egress point/s of the site and will only be utilised to identify presence on site. (d) The purpose for which the electronic site access system will be implemented is to ensure: (i) avoiding unauthorised access to site; (ii) confirmation and co-ordination of effort in emergency situations; and (iii) confirmation that all entrants to site have received a site specific induction; (e) The only personal data collected by the system is a site entrant’s: (i) image; (ii) first & last name; (iii) mobile phone number; (iv) email address; and (v) employer’s name. (the Collected Data) (f) The Collected Data will only be held or used for the purposes specified above, unless otherwise by consent or required by law. (g) The Employer will not use the electronic site access control system to verify who was on a site at a particular time for the purpose of: (i) evaluating whether a variation claim regarding labour costs made by a subcontractor can be substantiated; (ii) taking disciplinary action against an Employee, or assisting a subcontractor to take disciplinary action against its own employees, regarding their start and finish times; or (iii) otherwise generally tracking a worker’s movements whilst on the site.

  • SAFETY PRACTICES (a) i Employees requiring glasses must wear glasses, preferably with safety lenses instead of contact lenses while on the job site. ii W.C.B. approved safety footwear must be worn at all times while on the job site. iii Employee attire will be in conformance with W.C.B. Regulation and the Employer’s policy.
