Effective January 1, 2011 the total civilian compliment of the Cranston Fire Department will increase nine (9) positions (dispatchers). The total civilian complement of the Cranston Fire Department will be sixteen (16).
TABLE OF ORGANIZATION. A. The Township agrees to provide the Union with a full and complete Table of Organization, and agrees to provide the Union with an updated Table of Organization within ten (10) days of any change.
B. The Township shall provide the Union with a current list of all bargaining unit members, showing each employee's salary and level. The Township shall provide written notification of all level changes, position transfers, new hires, resignations and dismissals within ten (10) days of all such actions. Written notice to the Union office shall constitute such notification and is the preferred method of notice.
TABLE OF ORGANIZATION. A. The Township shall, by Ordinance, which Ordinance may be amended from time to time by Resolution, set forth the authorized allowance of personnel in the following classifications:
