Common use of Tape-recording Clause in Contracts

Tape-recording. Customer hereby authorizes ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to make recordings of telephone conversations between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ regardless of whether a periodic tone signal is used. Customer consents to the use of such tape recording in any forum in connection with resolving disputes. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its affiliates may also, at their discretion, utilize a telephone recording system to place Customers orders. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may erase or dispose of such tapes in accordance with its normal procedures.
