TEACHING HOURS AND CLASS LOAD. Elementary –Teachers shall be required to report for duty at 7:55 a.m. before the opening of the pupils' regular school day at 8:05 a.m. and shall be permitted to leave at 3:27 p.m. after the close of the pupils' regular school day. Teachers shall remain for a sufficient period after the close of the pupils' school day to attend to those matters which properly require attention at that time, including mutually agreed upon staff meetings and consultations with parents when scheduled directly with the teacher, except that on Fridays or days preceding holidays or vacations, the teachers' day shall end at the close of the pupils' class day.
