Block Schedule Sample Clauses

A Block Schedule clause establishes a predetermined timetable that divides a project or set of tasks into specific time blocks or phases. In practice, this clause outlines when certain activities must begin and end, often including milestones or deadlines for each block, and may specify the sequence in which work is to be performed. Its core function is to provide structure and clarity to project timelines, helping to coordinate efforts, manage resources efficiently, and ensure that all parties are aligned on the timing of deliverables.
