Verification of Coverage Consultant shall furnish City with original certificates of insurance, as well as amendatory endorsements or copies of the applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this Agreement. All documents must be received and approved by the City before any Services commence; provided, however, that failure to obtain the required documents prior to the commencement of Services shall not waive Consultant’s obligation to provide them. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, at any time.
Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS This Contract consists of these Terms and Conditions and the documents ("Exhibits") listed below in descending order of precedence. A conflict in these documents shall be resolved in the priority listed below with these Terms and Conditions taking precedence over all other documents. CONTRACT PRICE a. The Contractor shall provide the Contractor Deliverables to the Authority at the Contract Price. The Contract Price shall be a Firm Price unless otherwise stated in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet). b. Subject to condition 35.a the Contract Price shall be inclusive of any UK custom and excise or other duty payable. The Contractor shall not make any claim for drawback of UK import duty on any part of the Contract Deliverables supplied which may be for shipment outside of the UK.
Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems.
