Teardown Clause Samples
The Teardown clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for dismantling, removing, or decommissioning equipment, structures, or installations at the end of a project or lease. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for the teardown, the timeline for completion, and any requirements for restoring the site to its original condition. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the removal of assets, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying expectations at the conclusion of the agreement.
