Technical and Professional Capacity. 2.1 Sufficient experience in providing similar services Minimum Standard Minimum of 3 similar assignments within the scope of designing and delivering soft skills training programs and in adult learning principles, blended training methodologies, which is totally and successfully completed in the last 5 years. In case the tenderer submits for 2 lots, the 3 assignments will be sufficient to cover both. They should however be added to each set of documents for Lot 1 and 2.
