Technical Capacity. (i) For demonstrating technical capacity and experience (the "Technical Capacity"), the Bidder shall, over the past [5 (five)] financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, have received payments for the construction of Eligible Project(s), or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof, as further adjusted in accordance with clause 2.2.2.5 (i) & (ii), is more than [1.0 times the Estimated Cost of Project] (the "Threshold Technical Capacity"). (ii) The sole Bidder or in case the Bidder is a Joint Venture, the lead member of the Joint Venture shall have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover project in the last 5(FIVE) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, of the total length of at least one structure excluding approaches not less than 40% of the total length of the proposed structure excluding approaches and also the cost of such similar project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. For this purpose, a project shall be considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. (iii) The updation factor to update the price of the eligible projects for the year is indicated below:
Technical Capacity. The tenderer(s) in their own name should have satisfactorily executed the work of similar nature MCGM /Semi Govt. /Govt. & Public Sector Organizations during last seven (7) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited as a prime Contractor (or as a nominated sub-Contractor, where the subcontract had involved similar nature of work as described in the scope of works in this bid document, provided further that all other qualification criteria are satisfied) a) Three similar completed works each of value not less than the value equal to 20% of estimated cost put to tender. b) Two similar completed works each of value not less than the value equal to 25% of estimated cost put to tender. c) One similar completed work of value equal and or not less than the 40% of estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at compound rate of 10 % per annum; calculated from the date of completion to last date of receipt of applications for tenders.

Technical Capacity. For demonstrating technical capacity and experience (the “Technical Capacity”), the Applicant shall, over the past 5 (five) financial years preceding the Application Due Date, have: (i) paid for, or received payments for, construction of Eligible Project(s); and/or (ii) paid for development of Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2 specified in Clause 3.2.1; and/ or (iii) collected and appropriated revenues from Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2 specified in Clause 3.2.1, such that the sum total of the above is more than Rs. 25.5 crore (Rupees twenty five crore and fifty lakhs only) (the “Threshold Technical Capacity”). Provided that at least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capacity shall be from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/ or Category 3 specified in Clause 3.2.1.
Technical Capacity. The Parties recognize the importance of having strong and consistent technical capacity at the federal, state, and local levels to better deliver assistance. Furthermore, the Parties identified training as a key area for collaboration with the goal of building consistent technical capacity at all levels. Training Collaboration Objectives: • Build a strong foundation of technical and delivery skills. • Ensure needed technical knowledge and support are readily available. • Build a strong mutually supportive network of personnel with technical expertise that continues to expand as needs emerge.
Technical Capacity. The Agent or Agency is required to implement and utilize, at the Agent's or Agency's sole expense, all technology and equipment as required by MGA including, but not being limited to, a working e-mail address and internet access. The failure of an Agent or Agency to have, implement or maintain the MGA required technical and technological capacity, or to require its agents
Technical Capacity. The AGENCY or AGENT is required to implement and utilize, at the AGENCY’s or AGENT’s sole expense, all technology and equipment as required by MGA including, but not being limited to, a working e-mail address and internet access. The failure of an AGENCY or AGENT to have, implement or maintain the technical and technological capacity required by MGA, or to require its agents to utilize such technical and technological capacity, shall be grounds for MGA to terminate or suspend this AGREEMENT effective immediately.

Provided that at least one third of the Threshold Technical Capacity shall be from Eligible Projects which were supplied at least 2 (two) years prior to the Application Due Date. 1. For the avoidance of doubt, in case of Eligible Projects where part supplies of railway locomotives/High Speed Train Sets were made prior to the aforesaid period of 5 (five) financial years preceding the Application Due Date and balance supplies were made in the aforesaid period, only those railway locomotives/High Speed Train Sets which were supplied in the aforesaid period of 5 (five) financial years preceding the Application Due Date shall be considered for computation of Eligible Projects hereunder.
Technical Capacity. “No prior experience of Retail is required subject to the condition that the successful bidder will obtain all the requisite statutory/ regulatory permission & certification etc. within the gestation period mentioned in NIT. In case of failure in obtaining the requisite statutory/regulatory permission and certification etc. within the gestation period, the award will be cancelled”.
