Temperature and Humidity. In the event that either of the following specifications is not met: (i) maintain >65 degrees Fahrenheit and <80 degrees Fahrenheit at 99.5% availability and maintain >55 degrees Fahrenheit and <90 degrees Fahrenheit at 100% availability in the cold aisle adjacent to Customer’s racks; and (ii) maintain >40% and <55% relative humidity at 99.5% availability and maintain >20% and <75% relative humidity at 100% availability, in either event due to failure of NET2EZ’s equipment inside the data center space (in either event, a “Temperature Problem”), Customer shall be entitled to an abatement of one (1) hour of monthly recurring charges for total MRC for all Service Orders for each one (1) hour of Temperature Problem (which credit shall be rounded up to the nearest hour if the Temperature Problem is not exactly one hour). Customer shall only be entitled to credits under this Section 2.4 if Customer has complied with NET2EZ’s reasonable guidelines regarding the terms of use of the hot and cold aisles.

Temperature and Humidity. (a) All rehearsal, performance and dressing room areas shall be equipped with air conditioning systems, air cooling systems or some similar type of mechanical device to ensure proper ventilation and fresh air circulation. The Employer agrees to exercise its best efforts to maintain the temperature of all performance, rehearsal and dressing room areas between 68 degrees Fahrenheit and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. When the temperature of any rehearsal space is below 68 degrees Fahrenheit or exceeds 80 degrees Fahrenheit and the conditions become intolerable, the AGMA delegate or his designee has the right to request that the rehearsal be canceled. Employer shall not unreasonably refuse such request. If the Employer is unable, within a reasonable period of time to remedy the conditions or provide an alternate rehearsal space, the rehearsal shall be canceled without any reduction in pay and/or rehearsal hours credited. (b) Employer agrees to exercise its best efforts to maintain the humidity of all performance, rehearsal and dressing room areas within the range that is conducive to vocal performance.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point ▇▇▇▇▇▇. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Meters 7.1.1 For installation of Meters, Meter testing, Meter calibration and Meter reading and all matters incidental thereto, the SPD and SECI shall follow and be bound by the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, the Grid Code, as amended and revised from time to time. 7.1.2 The SPD shall bear all costs pertaining to installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, renewal and repair of meters at SPD’s side of Delivery Point. 7.1.3 In addition to ensuring compliance of the applicable codes, the SPD shall install Main & Check meters at the Delivery Point, along with Stand-by meter(s) as per the applicable Central/State regulations. 7.1.4 In case of pooling of multiple Projects, power from multiple Projects can be pooled at a Pooling Substation prior to the Delivery point and the combined power can be fed at Delivery point through a common transmission line from the Pooling Substation. In such cases, ABT compliant sub-meters as per relevant regulation/approval are also to be set up at pooling substation for individual projects in addition to the meters at Delivery Point as described in clause 7.1.3.

  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Landlord shall furnish to the Premises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) in accordance with the Design Standards set forth in Exhibit E during Ordinary Business Hours. Landlord shall have access to all air-cooling, fan, ventilating and machine rooms and electrical closets and all other mechanical installations of Landlord (collectively, “Mechanical Installations”), and Tenant shall not construct partitions or other obstructions which may interfere with Landlord’s access thereto or the moving of Landlord’s equipment to and from the Mechanical Installations. No Tenant Party shall at any time enter the Mechanical Installations or tamper with, adjust, or otherwise affect such Mechanical Installations. Landlord shall not be responsible if the HVAC System fails to provide cooled or heated air, as the case may be, to the Premises in accordance with the Design Standards by reason of (i) any equipment installed by, for or on behalf of Tenant, which has an electrical load in excess of the average electrical load and human occupancy factors for the HVAC System as designed, or (ii) any rearrangement of partitioning or other Alterations made or performed by, for or on behalf of Tenant. Tenant shall install, if missing, blinds or shades on all windows, which blinds and shades shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, and shall keep all of the operable windows in the Premises closed, and lower the blinds when necessary because of the sun’s position, whenever the HVAC System is in operation or as and when required by any Requirement. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord and shall abide by the rules and regulations which Landlord may reasonably prescribe for the proper functioning and protection of the HVAC System.

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.
