Temporary Accommodations. For temporary modified work accommodation not lasting more than two (2) weeks, the manager and ACMS will consult with the disabled nurse to create and recommend a return to work plan. It is understood that the member may request union representation. The RTW plan will be communicated to the nurse, the manager and the Union.
