Common use of Temporary Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Temporary Accommodations. The Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for (a) the work-related traveling between Millington, New Jersey and Boston, and (b) for the temporary accommodations for the Executive up to $4,500 per month (or a figure agreed upon between the Executive and the Company for a fair standard of living accommodation) until the earlier of (a) the move of his family to the Boston, Massachusetts area from Millington, New Jersey or (b) October 14, 2008, subject to later date as may be mutually agreed to by the parties.
