Temporary Barrier. Price and payment will be full compensation for furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing the barrier and asphalt pad. When called for, temporary barrier (relocate) will be full compensation for relocating the barrier.

A temporary layoff will not affect an employee’s incremental movement, vacation and sick leave accrual rates, or seniority. C. A temporary layoff is leave without pay.
