Common use of Temporary Construction Clause in Contracts

Temporary Construction. The Contractor shall furnish all temporary construction as needed by the Contractor for this project. Temporary construction shall include weather-tight enclosures, temporary parking areas, material staging and lay down areas, material storage structures and enclosures, enclosures for tools and other equipment, and a field office with appropriate facilities for storing plans, records, and other supplies necessary for the field management of the project.
