Temporary List. 13 The County shall, on a monthly basis, provide the Union with a list of temporary and on- 14 call employees setting forth the job title, rate of pay, organization code, and date of hire and 15 such other relevant information as may be reasonably obtained from the County's personnel 16 database.

  • Temporary Layoff The Employer may temporarily layoff an employee for up to ninety (90) days due to an unanticipated loss of funding, revenue shortfall, lack of work, shortage of material or equipment, or other unexpected or unusual reasons.
