Common use of Temporary Out-of-Scope Assignment Clause in Contracts

Temporary Out-of-Scope Assignment. When an employee is assigned to replace another person in an out-of-scope position at a more senior level for one (1) full shift or longer, the employee shall be paid an additional two dollars ($2.00) per hour. An employee so assigned shall continue to be covered by the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
