Pay on Temporary Assignment Clause Samples
The 'Pay on Temporary Assignment' clause defines how an employee will be compensated when temporarily assigned to a different role, location, or set of duties than their usual position. Typically, this clause outlines whether the employee will receive their regular pay, a premium, or a different rate based on the nature and duration of the temporary assignment. For example, an employee temporarily covering a higher-level position may receive additional compensation, while one assigned to a different location might receive travel allowances.
