Common use of Temporary Out-of-Scope Assignment Clause in Contracts

Temporary Out-of-Scope Assignment. No employee shall be temporarily transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee’s consent. An employee who is temporarily transferred to an out-of-scope position shall continue to accrue seniority.
