Common use of Temporary Recall Clause in Contracts

Temporary Recall. (a) When temporarily recalled, laid off employees shall be paid the appropriate rate of pay for the classifications in which they are working; (b) When temporarily recalled, laid off employees will be given preference of available hours of work before casual employees.
