TEMPORARY REMOVAL Clause Samples

The TEMPORARY REMOVAL clause allows for the short-term removal of certain items, equipment, or property from a specified location, typically under defined conditions and for a limited period. In practice, this clause might apply to leased equipment that needs to be serviced offsite or to artworks loaned for exhibitions, provided that the removal is temporary and the items are returned as agreed. Its core function is to provide flexibility for necessary, non-permanent relocations while ensuring that both parties understand the terms and limitations of such removals, thereby preventing disputes or misunderstandings about the status and return of the items involved.
