Temporary Toilets. Provide temporary portable chemical toilets, wash facilities, and drinking water for use of construction personnel. Comply with requirements of authorities having jurisdiction for type, number, location, operation, and maintenance of fixtures and facilities.
Temporary Toilets. (a) Temporary Field Toilet Accommodations. Contractor shall provide and erect adequate temporary field toilet facilities for the use of all persons working at the Site. The number, location, size and arrangement of the temporary toilet facilities shall be subject to the approval of HFC and shall comply with all Governmental Requirements. Failure to maintain satisfactory condition in toilets will deprive Contractor of the privilege to use such toilets.

  • Temporary Layoff The Employer may temporarily layoff an employee for up to ninety (90) days due to an unanticipated loss of funding, revenue shortfall, lack of work, shortage of material or equipment, or other unexpected or unusual reasons. Lessee covenants that upon the termination of any such period of temporary use or occupancy it will, at its sole cost and expense (subject to Lessor’s contribution as set forth below), restore the Leased Property as nearly as may be reasonably possible to the condition in which the same was immediately prior to such Condemnation, unless such period of temporary use or occupancy extends beyond the expiration of the Term, in which case Lessee shall not be required to make such restoration. If restoration is required hereunder, Lessor shall contribute to the cost of such restoration that portion of its entire Award that is specifically allocated to such restoration in the judgment or order of the court, if any, and Lessee shall fund the balance of such costs in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lessor.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.
