Common use of Temporary Work Assignment Clause in Contracts

Temporary Work Assignment. If an employee performs the essential functions of a position of a higher rank or classification with the express or implied consent of the College, the employee shall be paid at the wage rate of the applicable rank or classification for each hour the employee performs such functions.

Temporary Work Assignment. If an employee performs the essential functions of a position of a higher rank or classification for two consecutive weeks or more with the express or implied consent of the College, the employee shall be paid at the wage rate of the applicable rank or classification for each hour the employee performs such functions.
