Tenant Change Order Request. Tenant may request Changes after Tenant approves the Final Plans or the Approved Plans, as applicable, by notifying Landlord thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Tenant Change Order Request”), which Tenant Change Order Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including, without limitation, (A) the Change, (B) the party required to perform the Change and (C) any modification of the Final Plans or the Approved Plans, as applicable, or the respective Schedule and Budget necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Final Plans or the Approved Plans, as applicable, then Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions. Tenant Change Order Requests shall be signed by Tenant’s Authorized Representative.

  • Change Order The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Punch List If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans. The parties shall make a Punch-List of the items requiring completion or correction (the "Punch List"). Each item on the Punch-List shall be assigned a reasonable value based upon the reasonable cost of completion or correction of the same or such other value as may be required by the Owner's lender ("Punch-List Amount"). The Developer shall give its written undertaking to complete each such item within forty-five (45) days (or such other period of time as is mutually agreed upon by the parties).
