Common use of Tenant Name Clause in Contracts

Tenant Name. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that due to a scrivener’s error, the Lease shows the defined term “Tenant” therein to mean “EXPONENTIAL INTERACTIVE, INC., a California corporation” rather than “EXPONENTIAL INTERACTIVE, INC., a Delaware corporation”. Accordingly, Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that the Lease is hereby retroactively revised to provide that all references to the defined term “Tenant” therein shall mean “EXPONENTIAL INTERACTIVE, INC., a Delaware corporation”.
