Common use of Tenants Fixtures and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Tenants Fixtures and Improvements. The “Tenant’s Leasehold Improvements and Trade Fixtures” Section on page 10 of the Lease is hereby amended by: (a) in the third and fourth lines of the second paragraph, deleting the phrase “provided Tenant shall not at such time be in default of any terms or covenants of this Lease, and”; and (b) in the fifth line of the second paragraph, deleting the word “further.”
