Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will be for two (2) years from the date hereof (the "TERM"). The Company will give notice of its intention to renew this Agreement to the Consultant not less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If notice of renewal is given by the Company to the Consultant as provided herein, this Agreement will be extended for a further term of two (2) years upon the term and conditions herein contained, including these terms of renewal.

Term for Services a) The services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the following dates and times: August 17, 2024 7:00AM – 12:00PM . b) The Contracting Entity will be solely responsible to inform the designated OCEMS Contact Person or scheduled EMS Standby Crew of the standby/rendezvous location. c) The Contracting Entity will be solely responsible to inform the designated OCEMS Contact Person or scheduled EMS Standby Crew of any schedule changes outside of the original agreement. d) The Contracting Entity agrees to pay the scheduled Personnel starting from the originally agreed upon start time, unless the designated OCEMS Contact Person has been notified of the schedule change the previous calendar day. e) In the event that standby services are required for longer than the originally scheduled hours, The Contracting Entity agrees to pay the EMS Standby Crew for all hours worked at the above rates.

Term for Services. The provision of Group A Services shall commence on the date hereof and, with respect to each Group A Service, shall terminate on the date which is thirty (30) days following the Closing Date (the "Initial Term"); provided that ISS may, at its option, extend the Initial Term for one additional period of thirty (30) days by providing five (5) days advance written notice to HMT (the "Renewal Term") .

Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will be for one year from the date hereof (the "Term"). The Term may be extended thereafter upon the mutual agreement of the parties.

Term for Services. (a) The Service Contractor must commence performing the Services on the Commencement Date and continue to perform the Services until the earlier of the expiry of the Term or the date upon which this Contract is terminated. (b) On the first anniversary of the Commencement Date, the Service Contractor must provide a binding letter of offer, capable of acceptance by the Principal, on the following terms: (i) Revised pricing for all Services to be supplied pursuant to this Contract; and (ii) A revised Term being the period of 6 years from the first anniversary of the Commencement Date, (“Offer"). This Offer is to remain open for acceptance by the Principal, at its absolute discretion, for a period of 90 days. Upon acceptance by the Principal, the Term shall be read as being accordance with the term of the Offer in this clause. Upon rejection by the Principal, the Term shall remain unaffected.

The Term will be extended annually upon the mutual agreement of the parties, and the parties will negotiate in good faith towards arriving at mutually acceptable amendments to the terms of employment for any such extension.
