Common use of Termination by Resignation Clause in Contracts

Termination by Resignation. DSI reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, for any reason, by providing Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary with 60-days' written notice of its intent to terminate this Agreement. Within the 60-day period, the Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary may provide DSI with joint written instructions authorizing DSI to forward the Deposit Materials to another escrow company and/or agent or other designated recipient. If DSI does not receive said joint written instructions within 60 days of the date of DSI's written termination notice, then DSI shall destroy, return or otherwise deliver the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 5.4.

If DSI does not receive said joint written instructions within 60 days of the date of DSI's written termination notice, then DSI shall destroy, return or otherwise deliver the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 5.4.

Within the 60-60- day period, the Depositor MEDecision and Preferred Beneficiary may provide DSI with joint written instructions authorizing DSI to forward the Deposit Materials to another escrow company and/or agent or other designated recipient. If DSI does not receive said joint written instructions within 60 days of the date of DSI's ’s written termination notice, then DSI shall destroy, will return or otherwise deliver the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 5.4.

Within the 60-ninety (90) day period, the Depositor Company and Preferred Beneficiary Sprint may provide DSI with joint written instructions authorizing DSI to forward the Deposit Materials to another escrow company and/or agent or other designated recipient. If DSI does not receive said joint written instructions within 60 ninety (90) calendar days of after the date of DSI's written termination notice, then DSI shall destroy, will return or otherwise deliver the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 5.4.

If DSI does not receive said joint written instructions within 60 100 days of the date of DSI's written termination notice, then DSI shall destroy, return or otherwise deliver the Deposit Materials in accordance with Section 5.4.
