Termination Entitlements. 18.1 If the required notice of termination is given, an employee who voluntarily leaves the employ of CLS will receive any unpaid wages, vacation pay and any accumulated Named Holiday pay (including the Floater Holiday) on the day on which she terminates her employment. 18.2 If proper notice of termination is not given, the employee will be paid in accordance with the Employment Standards Code, unless CLS waives the application of this clause. 18.3 An employee who is dismissed by CLS will receive any unpaid wages, vacation pay and any accumulated Named Holiday pay (including the Floater Holiday) at the time she leaves.

18.2 If proper notice of termination is not given, the employee will be paid in accordance with the Employment Standards Code, unless unless, CLS waives the application of this clause.
