Termination of Assignment as a Cooperating Professional Staff Member. In the event the Professional Staff Member feels the necessity to terminate the assignment, the Professional Staff Member will contact the Building Principal who, in turn, will arrange for a conference between the Building Principal, the cooperating Professional Staff Member, the student Professional Staff Member and/or student observer, and his/her immediate supervisor/advisor from the placing university.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement.
