ENTRY YEAR PROGRAM Sample Clauses

The ENTRY YEAR PROGRAM clause defines the specific academic year or period in which a student is admitted to a particular program. It typically establishes the curriculum requirements, graduation standards, and policies that will apply to the student throughout their course of study, based on the rules in effect during their entry year. For example, a student entering in the 2024-2025 academic year would follow the program requirements set for that year, even if those requirements change in subsequent years. This clause ensures consistency and fairness by locking in the applicable rules for each student, preventing confusion or disadvantage due to later policy changes.
