TERMS OF USE POLICY. By indicating acceptance of this Agreement and executing an Order, via click through or other electronic means offered by Nura, or otherwise using or accessing the NuraNow Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all terms incorporated by reference. Nura reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, any Policies, the Site or the NuraNow Service, at any time and in its sole discretion. If Nura makes any changes, it will use reasonable efforts to notify Customer that this Agreement or the Policies have changed. Customer’s continued use of the NuraNow Service will confirm Customer’s acceptance of such changes. Nura encourages Customer to frequently review this Agreement and any other applicable policies and guidelines to ensure Customer understands the terms and conditions that apply to Customer’s use of the NuraNow Program. If Customer does not agree to the amended terms, policies or guidelines, Customer must stop using the NuraNow Program. Nura and Customer agree as follows:

TERMS OF USE POLICY. (a) Customer shall comply, and shall ensure that the End Users comply, with the Terms of Use Policy, including without limitation, in relation to all Applications and Customer Content. (b) If Customer becomes aware that it or an End User are in breach of the Terms of Use Policy, Customer shall immediately notify Supplier of the breach and take immediate action to resolve such breach by, among other actions, suspending the relevant Application, removing the relevant Customer Content and suspending the relevant End User Account, as applicable. Customer agrees to take such further action as directed by Supplier. (c) Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, if there is a Security Event, Supplier may, without liability or prejudice to its other rights and without prior notice to Customer or any End User, remove the relevant Customer Content and disable Customer Account, any End User Account and the relevant Application until the relevant Security Event has been resolved. Supplier shall give Customer written notice as soon as is reasonably practicable of the nature of the relevant Security Event.

Mobile phone voice, and text, SMS messaging or device instant messaging use by students during class hours and on college campuses is subject to the student code of conduct policy. 4. Students must not take photos or make video or audio recordings of any individual or group without the express written permission of each individual (including parent/caregiver consent for minors) being recorded and the permission of an appropriate staff member. 5.
