Test Monitoring. Allow DMV and FMCSA representatives to monitor the skills test program by observing testing in progress, taking a skills test administered by Tester's examiners (“Examiner” or “Examiners”) as if the DMV/FMCSA representatives were CDL applicants, testing a sample of drivers who were examined by the Examiners, or by other monitoring methods including covert and overt monitoring.
Test Monitoring. 5.7.1 OPSB may, without advance notice and at its sole discretion, assign test monitors for assessments required by the state and district accountability systems. Such test monitors shall be granted access to the facility, classrooms, and testing materials, as permitted by state law and regulations and in accordance with written procedures provided to Charter School by OPSB. Such monitors shall not disrupt the Charter School’s testing environment nor distract students. 5.7.2 For tests required by state and district accountability systems, Charter School shall provide for independent test monitoring from a third-party entity approved by OPSB in accordance with OPSB Policy HA.
Test Monitoring. The unit, subsystem, and system integration tests performed by the development contractor are monitored by the IV&V team to ensure that these tests are executed in accordance with the approved test plans and procedures. All testable requirements are accounted for and are mapped to corresponding test cases in a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and the test results, testing status, and anomalies are recorded and documented in a test analysis report (TAR).

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Project Monitoring The Office of Broadband or any of its authorized agents may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of Grantee’s performance to determine compliance with the Scope of Work, the proper use of funds, and other technical and administrative requirements of this Agreement, including the adequacy of Grantee’s records and accounts. This section shall survive termination of this Contract.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.
