Test Tools Sample Clauses

The 'Test Tools' clause defines the terms under which testing equipment, software, or other tools are provided, used, or accessed during a project or contractual engagement. Typically, it outlines who is responsible for supplying the test tools, the conditions for their use, and any requirements for their return or maintenance. For example, it may specify whether the client or vendor provides the necessary testing hardware, or set rules for using proprietary diagnostic software. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding test tools, thereby preventing disputes over responsibility and facilitating smooth project execution.
