Test Window Clause Samples

A Test Window clause defines a specific period during which certain tests, inspections, or evaluations must be conducted under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end dates for the testing period, the procedures to be followed, and any requirements for notifying the other party of test results or issues. By clearly establishing when and how testing will occur, the clause helps ensure both parties are aligned on expectations and timelines, reducing the risk of disputes over performance or compliance.
