TESTING AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management shall evaluate this Project(s) through the review of Grantee submitted financial and progress reports. The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management may also conduct on-site monitoring to determine whether the Grantee is meeting/has met the performance goals, administrative standards, financial management and other requirements of this grant. The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management will notify Grantee in advance of such on-site monitoring.
TESTING AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. Testing shall be done on raw material as per testing plan indicated in Table 4. The material should get approved from the client before the actual start of supply. The manufacturer of the wire rope net panels shall provide Manufacturers Test Certificate for the material with every lot/shipment. The Manufacturers Test Certificate shall be provided for certifying that wire rope net panels rock fall protection system conforms to all the technical and special requirements.
TESTING AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. The material should get approval from the client before the actual supply start. Contractor within 30 days of issue of work order shall intimate Engineer in charge about the brand of material he intend to procure along with technical literature, past experience and other details about the manufacturer and arrange a visit of consultant to factory for inspection and testing of the material. The visit expenses (traveling, lodging and boarding) will be borne by client whereas the testing expenses will be born by the Contractor. Tensile strength test shall be done on one sample per every 20,000 sqm of geogrid/strap supplied. Manufacturer of the geogrid should provide “Manufacturers Test Certificate” for the tensile strength of geogrid/strap elements. In case of failure of any test /or contractor desire to source material from more than one manufacturer, the cost of visit in respect of additional source or visit for retesting by client and consultant shall be borne by Contractor. The cost of Airfare to &fro, Lodging& Boarding, shall be borne by contractor. It is not advisable to use geogrids/strap of different characteristics and inherent material properties together and that should not be allowed
TESTING AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA. The CEO shall evaluate this Project through review of Enterprise submitted Project reports. Reports considered not complete will be returned to Enterprise within one week. CEO Program Manager is responsible for reviewing each deliverable and determining if it is acceptable. The deliverables will be deemed acceptable if they are received on time and in the CEO and Enterprise agreed upon format. If a deliverable is not acceptable, CEO Program Manager will provide and document written instructions to Enterprise outlining the changes that need to be made to the deliverable and the timeline in which those changes need to be made. Enterprise will then be responsible for making any required changes in the timeframe outlined by CEO.

  • Testing and Acceptance Within […***…] after RFM’s delivery of the IC Design File to ST, ST shall manufacture and deliver a commercially reasonable quantity of evaluation Product to RFM for evaluation testing. Upon RFM’s receipt of such Products from ST, RFM shall test such Products with the applicable Evaluation Software and in the applicable Evaluation Circuit Design to determine if the IC Design for such Products conforms to the applicable Specifications. Upon completion of such testing, RFM shall provide ST with the data from such testing (“Evaluation Data”). Upon ST’s receipt of the Evaluation Data, ST shall evaluate whether the Evaluation Data indicates that the IC Design conforms to the Specifications in all material respects. ST shall accept or reject the IC Design based on the Evaluation Data and shall give RFM written notice thereof within seven (7) calendar days after RFM’s delivery of the Evaluation Data to ST. An IC Design will be deemed accepted by ST if RFM has not received notification of rejection of such IC Design from ST within seven (7) calendar days after RFM’s delivery of the applicable Evaluation Data to ST. ST’s refusal to accept the IC Design must be reasonable, must be in writing and must be accompanied by a reasonably detailed description of the manner in which the IC Design fails to comply with the Specifications in all material respects (collectively, the “Deficiencies”) so that RFM can have the opportunity to correct the Deficiencies. If ST properly rejects the IC Design, RFM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any Deficiencies and redeliver a corrected IC Design File within […***…] after RFM’s receipt of the rejection notice and the foregoing provisions set forth in this Section 3.3 shall be reapplied until the IC Design is accepted; provided, however, that upon the […***…] or any subsequent rejection, either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to the other party, unless the IC Design is accepted during such notice period.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment).   • BID ACCEPTANCE PERIOD A bid shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date or until the date of award. In the event that an award is not made by the County within ninety (90) days from the bid opening date, the Bidder may withdraw their bid or provide a written extension of their bid.
