Testing and Record Keeping a) The Member will test all aspects of the protection systems up to and including tripping of the generator and interconnection point at start-up and thereafter as required. Testing will verify all protective set points, relay and breaker trip timing and shall include procedures to functionally test all protective elements of the system. The Cooperative may witness the testing. b) The Member will maintain records of all maintenance activities, which the Cooperative may review at reasonable times.

At a minimum, the log shall include the date, generator time on, generator time off, and megawatt and megavar output. The Cooperative may review such logs at reasonable times.

Testing and Record Keeping. Testing and record keeping shall be conducted in accordance with all policies and procedures of the Association, the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ AccuCheck™ Quality Assurance Program, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ standard operating procedures and policies, the Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding standards, the NDHIA Code of Ethics and Uniform Data Collection Procedures, as each presently exists or as amended from time to time. The Producer acknowledges having received and read a copy of the current version of the above-mentioned policies and procedures and agrees to be subject to them and stay informed of any changes thereto during the term of this Agreement.

  • Reporting and Record Keeping CONTRACTOR shall comply with all program and fiscal reporting requirements set forth by appropriate Federal, State and local agencies, and as required by the COUNTY. (c) CONTRACTOR agrees to provide to COUNTY, to any Federal or State department having monitoring or review authority, to COUNTY's authorized representatives, and/or their appropriate audit agencies upon reasonable notice, access to and the right to examine all records and documents necessary to determine compliance with relevant Federal, State, and local statutes, rules and regulations, and this Agreement, and to evaluate the quality, appropriateness and timeliness of services performed.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to: a. Records providing a full description of each activity undertaken; b. Records demonstrating that each activity undertaken meets the one of the National Objectives of the CDBG program; c. Records required to determine the eligibility of activities; d. Records required to document the acquisition, improvement, use, or disposition of real property acquired or improved with CDBG assistance; e. Records documenting compliance with the fair housing and equal opportunity components of the CDBG program; f. Financial records as required by federal regulations 24 CFR 570.502, and 24 CFR 84.21-28; and g. Other records necessary to document compliance with Subpart K of 23 CFR.

  • Record Keeping The Grantee agrees to maintain records of the expenditure of the Grant.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting 7.1 The Supplier must ensure that suitably qualified representatives attend progress meetings with the Buyer and provide progress reports when specified in the Order Form. 7.2 The Supplier must keep and maintain full and accurate records and accounts on everything to do with the Contract for 7 years after the date of expiry or termination of the Contract and in accordance with the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR as the context requires. 7.3 The Supplier must allow any auditor appointed by the Buyer access to its premises to verify all contract accounts and records of everything to do with the Contract and provide copies for the Audit. 7.4 During an Audit, the Supplier must provide information to the auditor and reasonable co-operation at their request. 7.5 The Parties will bear their own costs when an Audit is undertaken unless the Audit identifies a material default by the Supplier, in which case the Supplier will repay the Buyer's reasonable costs in connection with the Audit. 7.6 If the Supplier is not providing any of the Deliverables, or is unable to provide them, it must immediately: (a) tell the Buyer and give reasons; (b) propose corrective action; and (c) provide a deadline for completing the corrective action. 7.7 If the Buyer, acting reasonably, is concerned as to the financial stability of the Supplier such that it may impact on the continued performance of the Contract then the Buyer may: (a) require that the Supplier provide to the Buyer (for its approval) a plan setting out how the Supplier will ensure continued performance of the Contract and the Supplier will make changes to such plan as reasonably required by the Buyer and once it is agreed then the Supplier shall act in accordance with such plan and report to the Buyer on demand; and (b) if the Supplier fails to provide a plan or fails to agree any changes which are requested by the Buyer or fails to implement or provide updates on progress with the plan, terminate the Contract immediately for material breach (or on such date as the Buyer notifies). 7.8 If there is a material default, the Supplier must notify the Buyer within 3 Working Days of the Supplier becoming aware of the material default. The Buyer may request that the Supplier provide a Rectification Plan within 10 Working Days of the Buyer’s request alongside any additional documentation that the Buyer requires. Once such Rectification Plan is agreed between the Parties (without the Buyer limiting its rights) the Supplier must immediately start work on the actions in the Rectification Plan at its own cost.

  • Records and Record Keeping Therapist may take notes during session, and will also produce other notes and records regarding Patient’s treatment. These notes constitute Therapist’s clinical and business records, which by law, Therapist is required to maintain. Such records are the sole property of Therapist. Therapist will not alter his/her normal record keeping process at the request of any patient. Should Patient request a copy of Therapist’s records, such a request must be made in writing. Therapist reserves the right, under California law, to provide Patient with a treatment summary in lieu of actual records. Therapist also reserves the right to refuse to produce a copy of the record under certain circumstances, but may, as requested, provide a copy of the record to another treating health care provider. Therapist will maintain Patient’s records for ten years following termination of therapy. However, after ten years, Patient’s records will be destroyed in a manner that preserves Patient’s confidentiality.
