Textbooks and Materials Clause Samples

The "Textbooks and Materials" clause defines the responsibilities regarding the provision and use of educational resources required for a course or program. Typically, it specifies whether the institution, instructor, or students are responsible for purchasing or supplying textbooks, workbooks, software, or other learning materials. This clause ensures that all parties understand their obligations related to course materials, thereby preventing confusion or disputes over who must provide or pay for necessary resources.
